Creating a Spa Hotel… at Home

This was the ambition of a couple based in the Paris region: to transform their bathroom into a sophisticated retreat, filled with natural light and enhanced by subtle botanical touches.

We envisioned a space with strong design statements: black-and-white terrazzo basins as a graphic signature, a wide dark wood vanity adding depth and grounding the composition, and a sculptural semi-freestanding black bathtub designed as the room’s centrepiece.

A cocooning armchair invites moments of pause, while two large windows flood the space with generous natural light an essential element in creating balance and serenity.

The result is a bathroom conceived as an intimate escape: elegant, timeless, and deeply restorative.
